Holy Week

I mentioned in a previous post that I would use my Holy Week Thursday to rest and blog, but sadly, I woke up on Wednesday with colds. We spent Tuesday in the heat, distributing and selling food at Montemaria at Tagaytay, and it got to us on Wednesday. I shoved it off because I still had a pile of paperwork to take care for for our events on Thursday, Saturday and Easter Sunday. But come Thursday, I SLEPT THE WHOLE DAY! =P Which I guess is for the best, because on Friday I had enough energy to... go back to work. Oh well. At least we were able to watch some DVDs!
J watched the Breakfast Club for the very first time. In the end, he was like, "I don't get it". Hahahahha!

There were soooooo many vacation photos, beach photos on my IG and FB. Kainggit!! But I didn't feel so bad, because I knew that it was a blessing to have work on Holy Week. We visited Kat, and thanked her and God for all the work and clients.

The kids went to Tagaytay Highlands with my side of the family (without us!), but they came back on Friday, just in time for us to buy them bikes. We spent the afternoon biking on our street as a family. Then on Easter we brought them with us to our Acacia Easter event. It was one of those rare opportunities that we could tot them with us to work! Happy happy.

I guess our Holy Week is a far cry from the regular vacations people usually have, but I'm still happy. We were able to confirm with 5 hotels for Easter, which is a lot. And with our work, we can always choose our time to have our vacations, away from the maddening crowds and crazy on-season rates. Hope you all enjoyed your Holy Week!
