Purple Oven at Sta. Rosa
J and i are big fana of The Purple Oven. As the supplier of Starbucks for pastries, and Total Bonjour cafes, they are a reliable source of tasty delights.
We visited their Sta. Rosa branch in Solenad 2 a couple of months back with the kids, and picked up some goodies on the way home from Highlands. Our favorites are the chocolate macadamia cookies (available in Starbucks as well, but in larger sizes) and this chocolate bar similar to revel bars.
Do not expect to be able to sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee here. They only have 1 small table, and it's more of a take-out store.
For Christmas they have special purple boxes available that are really cute! Prices aren't cheap at the Purple Oven but the taste is always reliable.
